We’re baaaaaack! Our first show of 2013 at the Urban Mo’s Copa Bar studio was a riot…and literally all over the map. Aaron & Ophelia hadn’t seen each other in almost a month, so there was much to catch up on. From NYE parties & event appearances, to straight friends & gay bars, to New Year’s Intentions (not resolutions,) to people pissing us off on Facebook, to the launch of our sister show out of Denver, WeSaid.tv. Then, Clark Kent joined us for what turned out to be the most incomprehensible interview we’ve ever done. Thanks to Gouda for saving the day to show us a sneak peak of the logo concepts for DJ Shane Stiel’s new charity venture “Hearts from Hillcrest.” This is a pretty good LYAO episode. Trust we’ve got some more good stuff coming to you in the new year. Cheers! Read More
For this last webisode of 2012 before a much deserved holiday hiatus, the fab Julie joined Ian, Alejandra and Dustin at our Brass Rail studio for news & hot topics. After recapping their Thanksgivings, they talked Salvation Army & giving to charity for the holidays, the retiring supermarket owner giving his stores to his employees, benefit events for LGBT youth, what they really want from Santa, the word “homophobia” and so much more. We were also interrupted with some (at the time) BREAKING NEWS that San Diego’s own Chad Michaels won RuPaul’s All Stars Drag Race. Condragulations, doll! Merry Christhanukkwanzastice & Happy New Year everyone. Remember to give back this season by donating your time or money to worth organizations doing good work. We’ll see you in January, 2013!
