With the Christmas holiday now behind us and 2010 winding to a close, Aaron and Ophelia sat down with their favorite gay Republican of the law enforcement persuasion, Mr. Jay Turner. We learned about Jay’s family and background and then got down and dirty discussing everything from illegal immigrants and Sarah Palin to police, prisons and interesting fetishes, er, types. jay and i have discussed it ad nauseum, and what he doesn’t understand is the legal ramifications of putting forth a capital case against a Defendant as opposed to seeking life imprisonment. The amount of work and burden on the Prosecutor to seek the death penalty is a herculian task, and Harris may not have had any case that warranted it in the first place. Ask Jay which cases specially Harris should have sought death, and whether her chief in case could have convinced a Court and a Jury of allowing death – the later jay seems to ignore in his argument.
